Mumspages.com is a community where members are able to write reviews on products or services they have purchased, view other member reviews, find childcare and shop. Reviews are subject to screening by Mumspages Ltd and will not appear on Mumspages.com until approved.
You acknowledge and agree that the service is provided 'AS IS' and that Mumspages Ltd assumes no responsibility for the availability of service. We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the Mumspages.com website will be uninterrupted. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any suspension or restriction of access to the website due to repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services.
Use of the Mumspages.com Website
The Mumspages.com website may only be used for lawful purposes by individuals and organisations posting genuine reviews.
Mumspages Ltd prohibits the use of its' website for the following but not limited to violations. All persons, individuals and otherwise, using the Mumspages.com website agree not to use or allow any individual under their control to use Mumspages.com for the following:

h. Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
i. Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
j. Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service;
k. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation;
l. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
m. Extract, collect, process, combine or store personal data about other users.
By violating any of the above and any other securities of the Mumspages.com systems or networks, you risk criminal or civil liability.
